Created in God’s image, we should be reflections of what God is like. In our children’s ministry we strive to equip parents with age-appropriate programs that teach at home as well as church. All children are welcome in worship. Each Sunday there is a children’s bulletin, a time for children in worship, and a worship bag for each child. We offer nursery each Sunday morning during worship for those children who become restless in worship. It is our intention to strategically work with parents so faith practices stick and the joy of the Christian faith is shared. Throughout the year, special events and programs offer the opportunity for fellowship and faith development.

CHAPEL

Each chapel is a starting point for students attending Farmington Day School to grow in relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Wednesday and Thursday mornings, the preschool classes meet to hear a lesson specifically geared to them from Rev. Barb or Rev. Rebecca. The message is an extension of our Sunday morning Sunday School curriculum and ties in to the ministry of Farmington Church. Elementary and Middle School students attending the after school program receive their own chapel time on Wednesdays with our Youth Director, Davis Howe. We intentionally teach the scriptures in a way that is applicable to life and accessible to all regardless of their faith background.
